Options Available

1. Snowflake Database Integration

Best suited if your data is centralized in a Snowflake database.

  • Step 1: Schedule a meeting with Green Project to review your data schema and confirm the necessary data is available for emissions calculations.
  • Step 2: Provide your Snowflake account details to the Green Project team.
  • Step 3: Green Project will create a Snowflake data share to deliver your data directly into your Snowflake instance. This process typically takes one business day.
  • Step 4: Your team accepts the data share, making the data accessible in your Snowflake database.
  • Step 5: Green Project verifies that the data transfer is accurate and complete.

Data Exported via Snowflake:

  • Emissions data (raw data, classifications, and calculated emissions)
  • Procurewise data (supplier scorecards, carbon maturity, emission factors)

Example: One of our largest clients uses a Snowflake integration to import Procurewise data into their Snowflake database. They then create PowerBI dashboards to communicate the impact of Procurewise campaigns on their clients.

2. API Integration

Ideal for use with any system or database.

  • Step 1: Green Project provides your team access to generate authentication keys.
  • Step 2: Your team references our API documentation to build a simple backend service to pull data from Green Project’s API and store it in the desired system. This process should take less than a week.
