Yes you can submit data without using the template provided, but there certain categories that we need to calculate your emissions.
Yes, you can.
However, in order for our system to take this data and be able to automatically calculate your emissions, we will need some additional information about the spreadsheet that you have uploaded.
We will ask you to map the columns in the spreadsheet you have uploaded, to our own data schema.
E.g.
- What is the column heading in your file which contains the PURCHASE DATE?
- What is the column heading in your file which contains the COUNTRY OF SPEND?
- What is the column heading in your file which contains the SUPPLIER NAME?
- What is the column heading in your file which contains the SPEND VALUE?
- What is the column heading in your file which contains the CURRENCY?
- What is the column heading in your file which contains the SPEND CATEGORY?
For each of the above, we will ask that you type in the header of the column that maps to the template we provided. We will then automatically clean and map the data for you.
