Option A: File-Based Integration with Workiva

This option lets you manually transfer data between Emitwise and Workiva to generate reports.

1. Export Data from Emitwise

   • Go to Analyse / Emissions Overview and export the relevant carbon emissions data in a compatible file format (e.g., CSV).

   

2. Import Data into Workiva

   • In Workiva, upload the file into your desired report template.
   • Map the imported data to the corresponding fields in the Workiva report.

3. Generate and Finalize the Report

   • Once mapped, use Workiva’s tools to refine and format your report.
   • Add any necessary commentary or restructure sections as needed.

4. Publish or Share the Report

   • Export the finalized report to share with your team or stakeholders.
