      Data owner user permissions

      You can now invite users and give them restricted permissions, so they can only access Collect and the files they uploaded themselves.

      1. Go to Collect
      2. Click on a task
      3. Click on “Invite new user”
      4. Select the tickbox to restrict their permissions
      5. Click “Invite”
      6. The user will receive an invite email to signup to Emitwise and they will then be redirected to Collect
      7. All done 🎉

      Users with data owner permission:

      • Can only see the Collect tab
      • Can invite users, but only with 'data owner' permission too
      • Can see what files others have been uploaded onto Collect, but cannot download files uploaded by other people. If they click on a file, this is what they will see:
