      How to access and download data templates

      From the Data Collection dashboard, click on "Upload files"

      step 1

      In the new window that appears:
        • Select the relevant activity type (e.g., "Purchasing of electricity", “Purchasing of goods and services”)
        • Choose the facilities the data applies to

      Step 2

      • Click "Next" in the bottom right corner.
      • In the following screen, locate and click the "Excel template (.xlsx)" button.

      Step 3

      • The relevant template for this activity type will automatically download to your computer.

      Important note: Each template is specifically formatted for the selected activity type, so make sure you select the correct activity type before downloading.
