Your greenhouse gas emissions can be broken down into three categories. These are your scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. 

When calculating the proportion of your total emissions that apply to your client, Emitwise is interested in your scope 1, 2 and upstream scope 3 emissions, as these are relevant to you providing goods and services to your client.

Emitwise will leverage your total revenue figure and the amount of money that was exchanged between you and your client to calculate the emissions relevant to these exchanges.
