Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to Collect/Supplier Data
- Go to your main navigation menu
- Select "Collect" and then choose "Supplier Data"
2. Open the Suppliers Table
- Scroll to locate the Suppliers table
- Move horizontally (if needed) until you find the Owners column
3. Select or Invite an Owner
- Click the dropdown in the Owners column for the supplier you want to update
- Choose from the list of existing users OR click Invite User to add a new team member
4. Assign Multiple Owners (Optional)
- You can assign more than one person to share ownership
- Simply check the boxes next to each relevant user's name
5. Remove an Owner
- To remove an owner, click the dropdown again and deselect the current owner(s)
