      I failed data quality due to "Incomplete data," what should I do?

      To resolve this issue:

      • Review your data completeness: Make sure that no key data points, such as Scope 1 and 2 data, spend file details, or emissions categories, are missing.
      • Check for units or product descriptions: Ensure that the units are correct and spend files contain full product descriptions where necessary.
      • Verify the entity submitted: Make sure the data corresponds to the correct company or subsidiary, not a parent or unrelated organization.
