Integrations for data collection

We know data collection can be tedious. Automate your data collection process by using our integrations. 

Options available

#1 - If your data is centralised into an ERP system:

We support direct integrations with various ERP systems for procurement and business travel data. If we support your system, here’s how it works:

  • We have a meeting to review your data schema and make sure you have all the data we need to calculate emissions
  • We provide you with a secure link to authenticate your account and approve the connection
  • And we start pulling data!
  • We can then automatically refresh the data every quarter or year

#2 - If your data is centralised in a database:

We can pull any activity data from a variety of databases (e.g. Azure, RDS, SQL Server...). Here’s how it works:

    • We have a meeting to review your data schema and make sure you have all the data we need to calculate emissions
    • We access your DB either through user access or SSH tunnel
    • You configure your server
    • We review your data schema together, to agree which fields we should pull and if we should hash any fields
    • We pull the data
    • We can then automatically refresh the data every quarter or year

    #3 - If your data is centralised in a system we don’t support or on-premise

    We can use an SFTP server to integrate with any system that is not in our list of supported integrations and pull any activity data. Here’s how it works:

    • We have a meeting to review your data schema and make sure you have all the data we need to calculate emissions
    • We set up an SFTP server: we can either use yours or create one for you
    • Your IT team sets up a flow to automatically and periodically extract data from your systems into a .csv file and upload it to the SFTP server
    • We automatically pick up the refreshed file and ingest it into our systems
