  1. Open Your Project Overview

    • In Collect > My Company Data, choose the project.
    • By default, you land on the Overview tab (if not, select it manually).
  2. Check Overall Progress

    • Look at the progress donut or bar chart to see percentages of tasks that are:
      • Unspecified
      • Not started
      • Needs action
      • Complete

    • A separate chart breaks down tasks by the person responsible.
    • Identify who has the most tasks left or which tasks remain unassigned.

    • Unassigned tasks: no clear data owner.
    • Unspecified status: you haven’t yet decided if the task is relevant, integrated, or not applicable.

    • Assign any unowned tasks.

    • Update statuses to reflect new info (e.g., Not Applicable or Integrations).
