      Emitwise lets you document supplier engagement programs to showcase decarbonization leadership.

      Introduction

      If your organization already runs supplier engagement initiatives—e.g., training sessions, carbon reporting requirements—Emitwise lets you document them to showcase your decarbonization leadership.

      Step-by-Step Guide

      1. Go to Supplier Engagement

        • In Profile, switch to the Supplier Engagement section.

      2. Click “Tell Us How You Engage Suppliers”

        • A side panel or form appears to capture your program details.

      3. Fill in Programme Information

        • Launch Date: When your engagement started.
        • Number of Suppliers Engaged (e.g., 250+).
        • Percentage of Scope 3 Emissions these suppliers represent.
        • Tools Provided: Do you offer guidance or software to help them reduce emissions?
        • Optional Link to your program’s webpage.
        • Additional Details: Write any special notes about your approach.

      4. Submit

        • Once you confirm the details, click Submit.
        • If you meet the following thresholds, you will be awarded a Gold Decarbonization Score:
          1. Engaging 250 more suppliers = YES OR
          2. Total Scope 3 emissions engaging = > 67%

      Your existing supplier engagement programmes are now documented in Emitwise, highlighting your proactive role in driving supply chain decarbonization.
