      What is the deadline for submitting CBAM reports?

      One month after each quarter ends

      CBAM reports must be submitted no later than one month after the end of each quarter. For example, the report for the quarter ending December 31 must be submitted by January 31 of the following year.

      This timeline allows importers to gather and compile the necessary data while ensuring that authorities receive timely information.
