Where and how are CBAM reports submitted?

Submission through CBAM Transitional Registry

CBAM reports must be submitted through the CBAM Transitional Registry, an electronic system set up by the European Commission. Importers need to register with their national competent authority to gain access to this system.

The registry allows for the manual input of data or the upload of reports in a specified format (XML).
