Tailoring your supplier engagement emails

Customizing your outreach emails helps you create a consistent brand experience and save time when communicating with suppliers. 

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access Company Settings

    • Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
    • From the drop-down menu, select Company Settings.

  2. Navigate to Default Request Text

    • In the left-hand navigation menu, select the Default Request Text page.
    • Here, you’ll find the fields to customize your outreach emails.

  3. Set the Default Request Message

    • In the Default Request Message field, enter the default message you want to appear whenever you draft a data request in product.

    Tip: You can still edit the text for individual requests as needed.

  4. Add a Company Banner Image

    • Find the Company Banner field and paste the URL of your chosen image.
    • This banner will appear at the top of your outreach emails.

  5. Name Your Supplier Program

    • In the Supplier Program Name field, specify how you’d like your supplier engagement or collaboration program to be referred to in emails.
  6. Add Your Contact Details

    • Fill in the Company Contact Name and Contact Email fields.
    • These will be used as the main point of contact for any follow-up or questions from suppliers.
